How To Make An Herbal Lotion
Crush 1 oz. leaves from the herb or herbs that you picked, or bruise  1 oz. flowers. Add 1 cup of water and mix.

Pour the mixture into a ceramic pot.

Add an additional cup of water and cover.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Remove and let it cool.

Now you have to strain the flowers and the leaves.
Store the herb water in the refigerator for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, melt 1 oz. cocoa butter in a double boiler and slowly add 3 oz. fruit oil or vegetable oil and combine thoroughly. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 oz. of the prepared herb water.
